London, January 7, 2025: InfoSum, the world’s leading data collaboration platform, today announced the launch of Contractless Collaboration. This new integrated contracting option allows companies to collaborate at the speed of modern marketing, turning opportunities into activation in near real-time.

InfoSum is dedicated to making data collaboration faster and more seamless than ever. A key area of innovation is unlocking 'on-the-fly' collaborations, which can sometimes be hindered by contracting requirements between parties. While InfoSum's technology ensures no raw data is shared during collaboration, the parties do require a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) when activating campaigns. 

With the launch of this integrated DSA option, InfoSum clients can instantly collaborate without additional contracting requirements. This Contractless Collaboration is available to both new and existing clients, eliminating the need for a specific DSA between parties.
